Dr. Simran
CEO & Founder
Simran is a dedicated Human Resource professional with a Doctorate and MBA in HR, backed by industry experience at American Express and Citifinancial. Her expertise lies in human capital development, soft skills enhancement, and workforce readiness.
A Certified Soft Skills Trainer (ISTD), she has trained and counselled over 20,000 students, conducting numerous placement drives, HR conclaves, workshops, and seminars focused on employability skills. She has also delivered impactful Management Development Programmes (MDPs) for public and private sector organisations, training corporate professionals in leadership, communication, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Simran currently serves as a Visiting Faculty across Delhi NCR, integrating academic knowledge with practical industry insights. Her strengths span recruitment, training & development, team management, and corporate relations.
An active researcher, she has published in UGC-approved, Scopus-indexed, and Web of Science journals, reflecting her commitment to advancing HR and training excellence.
